Reciproca is a systemic design studio working on projects that accelerate a transition towards climate-safe futures, resilient communities and economies, and cultures of creativity and learning.
Our approach is grounded in systemic and participatory design methods, which (1) identify the underlying dynamics and drivers of change in complex systems; (2) bring together experts, leaders and communities affected by change to develop new visions, strategies and programs; and (3) build new capabilities, organisations and cultures of learning and innovation to sustain these efforts in the long-term.
